WhatsApp usage
Hayvest platform fees cover access to the Commerce OS platform, standard configuration, and normal operational support. WhatsApp Business Platform charges, paid template messages, marketing campaigns, abandoned cart campaigns, authentication messages, and unusually heavy usage may attract additional charges or require a plan upgrade.
What is the setup fee for?
The one-time setup fee covers done-for-you onboarding: workspace configuration, WhatsApp readiness, catalog structuring, order and payment instruction setup, and launch support aligned to your plan.
What does the monthly fee include?
Monthly fees cover ongoing access to Hayvest Commerce OS, your merchant dashboard, standard operational support, and plan-appropriate configuration. Heavy WhatsApp usage or paid campaigns may incur additional Meta charges.
Is WhatsApp messaging unlimited?
No. Platform fees are separate from WhatsApp Business Platform and template message costs. See the usage note below for details.
